Egypt Air has launched its first flight to Hurghada International Airport, commencing its operations of two weekly flights between Jeddah and Hurghada.
The first flight carried on board Bandar bin Fahad Al-Fuhaid, president of Arab Tourism Organization, Jamal Al Jazar, general manager of Egypt Air and Mohamed Abdulhafiz, regional manager of Egypt Air in Saudi Arabia.
The new route to Hurghada will be served two times weekly (Tuesday – Saturday and Saturday -Tuesday), Al Jazar added: “This is a significant destination for us in terms of strengthening our connectivity with Saudi tourists and enhancing bilateral ties between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.”
In addition to Jeddah route to Hurghada, Egypt Air will also launch soon new direct flights from Riyadh to Hurghada to activate tourism in Egypt in cooperation with the Arab Tourism Organization (ATO).
