Ethiopian Airlines receives seventh Dreamliner

Ethiopian Airlines has taken delivery of its seventh B787 Dreamliner. The carrier, which was one of the first in the world outside of Japan to receive the aircraft, will take three more B787s later on this year.
Ethiopian Group CEO Tewolde Gebremariam said, “We currently have the youngest fleet in Africa with an average age of 7 years.
“In line with our 15 year strategic roadmap of fast, profitable and sustainable growth, Vision 2025, we will continue to expand and modernize our fleet in order to continue to provide maximum comfort to our customers.”
Ethiopian currently serves 80 international destinations across 5 continents with more than 200 daily flights.
